My classes are designed to help reduce stress, improve posture and enhance productivity. I firmly believe that by releasing tension in the body and mind, you will work more efficiently, find more joy in your work, and nurture your inner creativity.

    I travel to your office in and around London, and work around a schedule that suits you.

    I can leave you with "yoga bites" that take minutes to carry out between work sessions.
